Dunns River Falls Take a trip to Dunns River Falls located in Ocho Rios a few miles from the city center and one of the major tourist attraction in Jamaica. The Dunns River Falls cascade over smooth lime stone rocks, through the tropical rain forest all the way to the beach. The falls are made up of limestone which tiers gradually allowing you to climb from the beach to the top, taking some of the most spectacular scenery along the way. Climb up the Dunns River Falls in a human chain led by an experience guide, who will also take your camera and pictures as you climb. Luminous Lagoon Glistening Waters One of the world's largest concentrations of bio luminescent micro organisms exists at Luminous Lagoon at Glistening Waters in Falmouth, Jamaica. This lagoon, surrounded by mangroves, is home to microscopic organisms that emit a phosphorescent light when the water is agitated. Plan your trip for dusk and then take a boat ride onto the lagoon. As the water is disturbed, you'll see an eerie light illuminating the waters below.
